Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands trailer reveals Clawbringer and Spellshot classes
A new trailer for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands has revealed two additional classes coming to the Borderlands spin-off.
The Spellshot is part-mage, part-gunslinger, and the trailer shows off two of her abilities. Ambi-hextrous dual-wields ice and fire spells for direct damage on enemies. Polymorph turns enemies into defenseless skeeps.
Next up is Clawbringer. This character boasts a big hammer and a cute dragon pal that follows them around. Cleansing flames does a powerful, fire-based melee attack on enemies. Storm Dragon’s Dungeon is a lightning-infused hammer throw that’s “legally distinct from Thor,” though it also reminds us of Kratos in 2018’s God of War.
So far that’s four classes that developer Gearbox has revealed. Previously unveiled classes include the Stabbomancer and Brr-Zerkr. While all four classes have distinct special moves, most of the classes seem heavily offensive, with very little to show in terms of support abilities.
Gearbox also released a new story trailer just last week during the 2021 Game Awards, featuring the voices of Ashly Burch, Will Arnett, Wanda Sykes, and Andy Samberg. The Assault on Dragon Keep DLC from Borderlands 2, which served as the basis for Wonderlands, also became available for standalone purchase back in November.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands launches March 25th on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC via the Epic Game Store.
