Josh picked up a controller when he was 3 years old and hasn’t looked back since. This has made him particularly vulnerable to attacks from behind. He fell in love with EGM during the Dan Hsu era, so joining the magazine as an intern way back in 2012 felt like a dream come true. Now, as Editorial Director, he’s excited to lead EGM somewhere new.
Mollie L Patterson
Mollie got her start in games media via the crazy world of gaming fanzines, and now works at EGM with the goal of covering all of the weird Japanese and niche releases that nobody else on staff cares about. She’s active in the gaming community on a personal level, and an outspoken voice on topics such as equality in gaming, consumer rights, and good UI.
Michael Goroff has been gaming for almost three decades. He’s a lover of all games and systems, but he mostly plays Xbox. That being said, if he’s a fanboy, he’s a fanboy for the game industry as a whole. Spit white-hot fanboy hate at him, trash talk his Gold II rank on Rocket League, or maybe just send him a cordial hello on Twitter.
Matt is one of the longest-serving members of the EGM team. An ability to go many hours without sleep and a quick wit make him ideal for his role as news editor at egmnow.com. He often thinks back to the days when the very idea of this career seemed like nothing but an impossible dream.
