Rainbow Six Siege’s Operation Vector Glare is now live
The Year 7 Season 2 update for Rainbow Six Siege, otherwise known as Operation Vector Glare, is now available across all platforms.
The highlight of this update is the introduction of new Attacker Sens. The newest addition to the roster has access to the R.O.U. Projector System gadget, which deploys a wheel that constructs a wall of light to block players’ line of sight. Sens is a low-speed, high-health Operator who uses the POF-9 or a 417 as a primary weapon and the SDP 9MM or GONNE-6 as a secondary.
Also included in Operation Vector Glare are the Close Quarter Team Deathmatch map, the Shooting Range for practicing, a new option for adjusting screen shake intensity, and a third slot for secondary weapons for certain Operators.
On top of all this, the first phase of the Reputation System is being rolled out. This includes reverse friendly fire penalties and adjustments to the match cancelation system. Take a look at the full patch notes here.
Rainbow Six Siege is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
