One Piece Odyssey demo is now available
A demo for One Piece Odyssey is now available to download on PlayStation and Xbox.
The demo covers the first couple of hours of the game during which Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat Crew become shipwrecked on a mysterious island known as Waford. Players will also get the chance to experience the game’s turn-based combat.
“This demo version is cut from the beginning of the main game as much as possible, so there are no major differences between the demo version and the main game,” producer Katsuaki Tsuzuki explained. “However, since RPGs are a genre in which various elements are gradually unlocked, not all of the features introduced can be discovered in the demo version.”
Any progress made in this demo can be carried over to the full game when it releases later this week.
One Piece Odyssey launches on January 13th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
