First look at The Sims 4’s Snowy Escape expansion
EA and Maxis have shared a first look at Snowy Escape, the next expansion for The Sims 4.
This latest expansion sees Sims getting away from it all with a wintery vacation in which they’ll be able to take part in skiing, snowboarding, and rock climbing. Sims can also visit the natural hot springs, unwind around the Kotatsu table, or go on a hike through a bamboo forest.
In addition to the above, the expansion will introduce new Japanese-inspired furniture and décor, including shoji doors, tatami mats, paper lanterns, a rock garden, and more.
Finally, players can unlock new personality and relationship effects through Lifestyles and Sentiments. Lifestyles are obtained through Sim’s actions and habits and will change their behavior. While Sentiments come from shared experiences with other Sims and will affect a Sim’s social interactions.
The Sims 4: Snowy Escape launches November 13th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
