Final Fantasy XIV’s latest update introduces new relic weapons
Final Fantasy XIV’s 5.25 update is now live, bringing with it new relic weapons and Skysteel Tools for crafters and gatherers.
Following today’s update, players will be able to take on the “Save the Queen: Blades of Gunnhildr” quest series to learn more about the Hrothgar homeland and unlock powerful relic weapons for each class. Players will need to work through a solo instanced duty consisting of multiple bosses to obtain their new resistance weapon. This weapon can be upgraded in future patches.
Players can also obtain new Skysteel Tools for each crafting and gathering class. These can be obtained through the “Mislaid Plans” quest in the Foundation and can also be enhanced by delivering items to Denys in Brume.
