Final Fantasy XIV trailer shows the new content coming in patch 5.5
Square Enix has shared a new trailer for Final Fantasy XIV’s next major update.
Update 5.5, otherwise known as Death Unto Dawn, will introduce the final part of the YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse Alliance Raid, a new dungeon called Paglth’an, a battle against Diamond Weapon from Final Fantasy VII, and an Unreal difficulty fight against Leviathan. This upcoming update will also be accompanied by the PlayStation 5 open beta. The upgraded PlayStation 5 version of the game runs at native 4K and features improved load times, a more stable framerate, a high-resolution UI, and more.
Final Fantasy XIV’s 5.5 update is scheduled to arrive on April 13th.
