The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes teaser released ahead of gameplay reveal
Bandai Namco has shared a teaser trailer for House of Ashes, the next entry in Supermassive Games’ horror series The Dark Pictures Anthology.
The trailer shows a group of soldiers being stalked by something supernatural and announces that a full gameplay reveal for House of Ashes will take place on May 27th at 9 a.m. PT. Watch the teaser below:
This latest entry in The Dark Pictures Anthology is set in 2003 in Iraq and follows the story of a military unit after they come under fire from Iraqi forces. The tremors from the firefight open up a rift in the earth that causes both sides of the conflict to fall into the ruins of a buried Sumerian temple. Now the soldiers are trapped with communications severed and something ancient and evil hunting them.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes is scheduled to launch later this year for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
