More banwaves are coming for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone
Infinity Ward has sent out a warning to cheaters in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone that more banwaves are coming.
“Cheating will not be tolerated,” the developer wrote on Twitter. “More banwaves are coming. If you receive a ban it is for unauthorized manipulation of game data. Don’t fall for unscrupulous services offering cheats and modifications, these are fraudulent.”
The developer then went on to outline things that will result in a ban from both games. Players should avoid using aimbots, wallhacks, trainers, stat hacks, texture hacks, and other software that modfies game data, as well as any services that alter console or PC memory to acquire gear, items, and loadouts beyond what is available in-game.
