Marvel’s Avengers update fixes a ton of bugs, improves matchmaking
Crystal Dynamics has released a major update for Marvel’s Avengers that aims to address more than 1,000 issues.
One area that the developer has focused on with this update is matchmaking. Following the update, the cooldown to matchmaking when leaving a strike team has been reduced to just four seconds and matchmaking will now stay enabled during the mission launch countdown to help fill groups. There are also fixes for host migration preventing matchmaking from working and Quick Match failing.
Additionally, the annoying Assault Adaptoids have been toned down a little. These enemies are now less aggressive in multiples, cause less stagger with their laser, and have easier to avoid attacks.
Other changes include the option to remove motion blur on consoles, an increase to Exotic stats, lock-on improvements for Iron Man, and the return of locked outfits. Read the lengthy patch notes here.
Marvel’s Avengers is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
