Call of Duty: Warzone update nerfs the Armored Truck, adjusts several weapons
A new update has been released for Call of Duty: Warzone that focuses on balance adjustments.
To start with, the Armored Truck has had its health and resistances decreased “to be in-line but still greater than the Cargo Truck.” Additionally, the turret damage has been reduced by 40 percent.
“It’s become clear since its return to the Warzone, that the Armored truck has become a great asset to any team,” developer Raven Software wrote. “However, its overwhelming presence has felt oppressive to engage against. We’re bringing it in line with other Vehicles, while still retaining its role as a power-house.”
The developer has also made several balance adjustments to Call of Duty: Vanguard weapons in this update to help make them more viable. A few of the changes include a maximum damage range increase for the AS44, a magazine capacity increase for the Nikita AVT, and maximum and minimum damage increases for Assault Rifle Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie.
Take a look at the full list of balance changes in the official patch notes here.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
