Call of Duty: Warzone update makes changes to the CR-56 AMAX, FARA 83, and more

Raven Software has made further tweaks to Call of Duty: Warzone’s weaponry in the latest update.

To start with, the CR-65 AMAX has had its headshot multiplier decreased and the FARA 83 has received an easier to control recoil pattern and an increase in hip spread. Additionally, the AUG has received a slight buff with a reduction in recoil magnitude.

“The CR-56 AMAX has continued to display disproportionate levels of dominance over the long-range Assault Rifle space,” the developer explained. “As we continue our efforts to slowly raise the Time to Kill, we feel the best course of action here is to reduce the power level of outliers rather than increase others to meet it.”

Today’s update also reworks several optics and reduces Cargo Truck spawns to just five in a match, instead of 16-20. This should hopefully reduce the amount of them turning up in the final circles. Read the full patch notes here.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and, PC.
