Call of Duty: Vanguard update nerfs shotguns

Sledgehammer Games has pushed a new update live for Call of Duty: Vanguard that rebalances shotguns and fixes a number of bugs.

Starting with the shotguns, the developer has decided to reduce the damage of the Akimbo Double Barrel Shotgun. Additionally, the range of the Buck and Slug shotgun attachment has been reduced.

Elsewhere, Sledgehammer has made it so longshots now count when achieved through Incendiary Round’s damage over time, put a stop to headshot bonuses being granted when shooting limbs with Buck and Slug, and fixed the Fortified Perk to stop players being immune to any fire damage.
