Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War double XP weekend announced
Activision revealed in its weekly briefing for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone that double XP will be available this weekend.
From March 26th through March 29th players can earn double XP and double weapon XP in both games. There’s also double Battle Pass XP available at the same time for players looking to quickly gain a few tiers.
Additionally, the R1 Shadowhunter crossbow, which accidentally appeared in the game early, will be officially released this week. The special weapon can be unlocked by using a weapon with no attachments to get three one-shot, one-kill medals in 15 different games. Players can also choose to purchase the Archaic Range Bundle from the in-game store to get instant access to the weapon starting March 24th.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone are available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
