Wreckfest’s Banger Racing Car Pack released alongside free Banger Bash mode
THQ Nordic and Bugbear have released the sixth and final Car Pack DLC of Wreckfest’s season pass alongside a free update.
The Banger Racing Car Pack is available to all season pass holders and adds the Sweeper, Hearse, and Stock Car vehicles to the game. The pack can also be purchased separately. More details about these new additions, courtesy of publisher THQ Nordic, are below:
- Sweeper: This midsize racer is a perfect blend of agility, speed and toughness – a great all-rounder for every type of race.
- Hearse: This banger racing classic excels at derbies since it can both give and take serious punishment.
- Stock Car: A versatile little rocket that feels right at home on every oval and Figure 8 track!
As mentioned above, an update has also been released for all players that introduces the Banger Racing Tournament Mode. This new mode sees players racing on a Figure 8 layout with the aim being to score the most points by taking out opponents and holding a good position in the race. In addition, the update makes it so AI players use DLC cars and introduces the Kingston Raceway and Mudford Motorpark as new tracks.
