Travel to Europa with the new Destiny 2: Beyond Light trailer
The latest trailer for Destiny 2‘s Beyond Light expansion shows off locales for the new location of Europa and hints at which characters will be returning.
The star of the trailer is the various locations on Europa to which Guardians will be traveling, including the Eventide Ruins, the Asterion Abyss, Cadmus Ridge, and Charon’s Crossing.
As for the familiar voices we hear in the trailer, they seem to belong to Variks and the Exo Stranger, two characters that appeared in the first game. It seems like Beyond Light will bring back these characters and dive much deeper into the lore, maybe making some of the connections that were only hinted at back when the first game launched.
You can also get a full layout of Europa on Destiny 2‘s official website.
Beyond Light was initially supposed to launch… today, actually, before it was delayed a couple of months due to the pandemic.
If you need to catch up with Destiny 2‘s pre-Beyond Light expansions and you have Xbox Game Pass, then you’re in luck, because Shadowkeep and Forsaken have both just arrived on the subscription service.
Destiny 2: Beyond Light is launching on November 10th.
