Summer Edition of Steam Game Festival postponed
Valve has pushed back the upcoming Summer Edition of its Steam Game Festival.
The event was originally scheduled to get underway on June 9th. However, the festival is now scheduled to run from June 16th through June 22nd. An exact reason for the delay has not been shared.
“The Steam Game Festival is an event that shines a spotlight on games set to be released within the next year,” Valve explains. During the event, players can try out “time-limited demos or short playable experiences” of games and “connect with the developers behind the games.”
This is another entry in the list of events that have recently been postponed, including Sony’s Future of Gaming PS5 event and the Guerrilla Collective showcase.
