Epic Games has revealed that Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition will be free to download and keep from the Epic Games Store next week.
This is the sequel to 2015’s Star Wars Battlefront reboot and features a campaign that follows the story of special forces soldier Iden Versio and spans the 30 years between Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Players can also take part in numerous online modes as various heroes and villains from the Star Wars universe.
As mentioned above, this is the Celebration Edition of the game, which contains more than 25 hero appearances, more than 125 Trooper and Reinforcement appearances, more than 70 victory poses, and more than 100 emotes and voice lines.
Star Wars Battlefront II: Celebration Edition will be free to download and keep from January 14th through January 21st.
Currently, Alt Shift’s tactical rogue-lite Crying Suns is free from the Epic Games Store until January 14th.
