Star Ocean First Departure R gets a release date and new trailer
Square Enix has announced that the remastered release of Star Ocean First Departure will be available from December 5th.
The upcoming remaster makes balance adjustments to gameplay and includes the option to choose between the PSP voices and rerecorded voices. There’s also the option to choose either the original or updated character art and a Speed Mode.
First Departure originally released for PSP in 2008 and follows the story of Roddick and his companions as they go on a journey to find the cure to a deadly disease.
Star Ocean First Departure R launches December 5th for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
