Skater XL release date pushed back

Easy Day Studios has announced that it is delaying the release of Skater XL on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

A series of tweets from the developer revealed that the date has been pushed back from July 7th to July 28th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. A new Nintendo Switch date has not been announced, with the developer stating that it will confirm the Switch date “in the coming weeks.”

During the time between now and launch, Easy Day Studios will be showing off unreleased content and features that will be available in version 1.0. First up is a look at the Easy Day High School level, which can be found below:

Skater XL does away with the canned animations used in other skateboarding games and replaces them with direct control of the skater’s feet using the left and right thumbsticks.
