Psyonix has shared more details about the recently announced Player Anthems feature for Rocket League.
According to the developer, this new customization option will let players select a song from the game’s soundtrack to play when they score a goal, pull off an epic save, or earn MVP at the end of a match.
Players will have access to five songs when Player Anthems go live on December 9th as part of Season 2. More can be unlocked through in-game challenges, the free and premium tracks of the Rocket Pass, and the Item Shop in exchange for Credits. The following songs will be unlocked at launch:
- “Angel Wings” – by Mike Ault feat. Avianna Acid
- “Flying Forever” – by Mike Ault feat. Morgan Perry
- “I Can Be” – by Mike Ault feat. Crysta
- “Love Thru the Night” – by Mike Ault
- “We Speak Chinese” – by Mike Ault and Abandoned Carnival
Anthems will have the same rarity scale as other items and can be viewed via the Profile menu.

In addition to Player Anthems, Season 2 features a new Rocket Pass for players to complete, the EDM-inspired Neon Fields Arena, the return of Rocket Labs, new competitive rewards, new challenges, and more.
Rocket League is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
