Prey is free on PC next week
Epic Games has revealed that Prey and Jotun: Valhalla Edition will be free to download and keep from the Epic Games Store next week.
Arkane Studios’ Prey is set aboard Talos I, a space station orbiting the moon in the year 2032. Players were part of an experiment meant to alter humanity forever, but something has gone terribly wrong, and now the space station has been overrun by hostile aliens. Players must dig into the dark secrets of Talos I and their own past to survive.
While Jotun is a hand-drawn action-exploration game set in Norse mythology in which players take on the role of Thora, a Viking warrior who died an inglorious death and must prove herself to the Gods to enter Valhalla. The Valhalla Edition features Valhalla Mode, which is described as “the ultimate battle against even fiercer versions of the Jotun.”
Both games will be free from the Epic Games Store from May 12th through May 19th. Before then, players can grab Terraforming Mars for free until May 12th.
