Outriders has been delayed again, demo announced
Square Enix and People Can Fly have announced another delay for Outriders.
A message from the development team posted to Twitter revealed that the game has been pushed back from its February 2nd, 2021, release date to April 1st, 2021. The team will use this extra time “fine tuning the game and focusing on delivering a fantastic play experience at launch.”
Before this new date gets here, a free demo will be made available to download. The demo, which goes live on February 25th, will let players experience the first few hours of the game with all four classes. All progress and characters from the demo can be carried over to the full game.
Outriders is now scheduled to launch April 1st, 2021, for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
