Life is Strange: Remastered Collection trailer compares it to the original
Square Enix and Deck Nine have shared a couple of trailers for the upcoming Life is Strange: Remastered Collection.
The first shows the scene with Max and Chloe in Chloe’s bedroom and offers a comparison between the original and remastered versions of the scene. The comparison video shows off the new fully mo-capped facial animations, the engine and lighting upgrades, and the improvements to characters and environments.
While the second trailer is an extended look at an opening sequence from the remaster that takes place in the school. Watch it below:
The Remastered Collection bundles together Life is Strange with its prequel Before the Storm and features improved character models, updated facial SFX, lip-sync animation, updated materials and models, and more.
Life is Strange: Remastered Collection launches on February 1st for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. A Nintendo Switch version is also in development and is coming at a later date.
