Here’s a look at Doctor Strange in Marvel’s Midnight Suns
The latest entry in 2K’s gameplay showcase series for Firaxis Games’ Marvel’s Midnight Suns focuses on the Sorcerer Supreme Doctor Strange.
Doctor Strange is a support hero who uses a mechanic called “Enhanced,” which grants additional benefits to cards when above the required amount of Heroism.
One of the skills shown off in the trailer is “Astral Meditation,” which restores two Combat Items used during the mission. Combat Items are single-use consumables that can be taken into a mission and will do things such as grant Heroism, remove status effects, and more.
As with the previously featured heroes, Doctor Strange has a passive ability that can be unlocked and upgraded through conversations with the game’s protagonist Hunter. His passive offers a percentage chance to generate Heroism each turn.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns launches on October 7th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
