Ghost Recon Breakpoint won’t get any more content
Ubisoft is done making new content Ghost Recon Breakpoint, according to a recent announcement.
The game’s official Twitter account published an announcement that the recent Operation Motherland mode and controversial Quartz NFT items that Ubisoft added to Breakpoint recently would be the “final piece of content” the game would receive.
Ubisoft does have another Ghost Recon game in the works, though it isn’t the sort of open-world co-op game that the last two entries have been, nor is it developed by Ubisoft Paris. Ghost Recon Frontline is a free-to-play, multiplayer FPS that was announced back in October and in development at Ubisoft Bucharest. However, Ubisoft has yet to set a release date for that, despite hosting a closed beta already.
