Genshin Impact’s 3.4 update has arrived
Genshin Impact‘s latest major update, The Exquisite Night Chimes, is now available.
As part of this update, players can visit the Desert of Hadramaveth, a new area located northwest of the Sumeru region. In this area, players can complete the new World Quest known as “Golden Slumber,” which features an adventure with Jeht from the Tanit Camps, a mysterious Magic Bottle, and a quest to find the lost Orchard of Pairidaeza.
Two new playable characters also join the game in this update. First up is the five-star sword-wielding Dendro user Alhaitham who fights using Chisel-Light Mirrors. Joining him is Yaoyao, another Dendro user who wields a polearm and uses the adeptus-crafted device “Yuegui” to deal more damage or heal.
Additionally, there are new character outfits, new enemies, more story quests, and a limited-time game mode for the Genius Invokation TCG. In this limited-time mode, players skip the Roll Phase and obtain 8 Omni Dice.
Finally, the Lantern Rite festival returns to the game. Complete events and challenges to get Intertwined Fates, a four-star Liyue character, and Lisa’s new outfit.
Genshin Impact is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, and mobile.
