Fallout 76 update arriving tomorrow, new seasonal event teased
Fallout 76’s Patch 11 will be available on all platforms tomorrow, July 16th, Bethesda has announced.
As previously revealed, the update will make it so raw food and fluxes take longer to spoil, improve item descriptions, bring back punch bowls, and add the option to switch between the normal and power armor HUD while using power armor. As well as all this, Patch 11 improves the new player experience by reducing fast travel cost, increasing disease resistance, and improving low-level rewards.
Bethesda also teased a new seasonal event that will take place toward the end of this month. During the event, players will be aiding traveling merchant Grahm and his friend, Chally the moo-moo, as he prepares a party for the Dwellers around Appalachia.
“At the end of this month, you can expect a new Seasonal Event that will bring Dwellers around Appalachia together to beat the summer heat with everyone’s favorite traveling Supermutant and his best pal, Chally the moo-moo. And no, Chally’s not on the menu,” the developer wrote in a blog post.
“To throw a great party, Grahm’s going to need a little help from his human friends and he’s hoping lots of you will make an appearance and lend a hand. Of course, you’ll be handsomely rewarded if his shindig is successful.”
More information about the upcoming event will be shared later this month.
Fallout 76 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
