Disney & Marvel Games Showcase debuts next month

The first-ever Disney & Marvel Games Showcase will take place during the D23 Expo, and will feature “new content” from all of Disney’s game studios.

Hosted by Kinda Funny’s Blessing Adeoye Jr., the showcase will stream on Friday, September 9th at 1 p.m. PT during the 2022 D3 Expo. Fans who won’t be attending the expo in person can follow along on Disney and Marvel’s various social media platforms.

Disney & Pixar Games, Marvel Games, Lucasfilm Games, and 20th Century Games will all have “new content” to show off. There will also be “new reveals” for Disney Dreamlight Valley, the recently delayed Marvel’s Midnight Suns, and Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.

Skydance New Media will also give us our first “sneak peak” at its “Marvel ensemble game,” which the studio announced in October 2021. We’re curious to see if we get any new details about Amy Hennig’s Star Wars game at Skydance New Media, but we’re not holding our breath.
