Deathloop PC update aims to fix stuttering issue
Arkane Studios has pushed a small update live for Deathloop that attempts to improve the stuttering issue on PC.
According to the single patch note, this update addresses an issue that caused the appearance of stuttering when using mouse-based camera movement. The developer mentioned that it is looking into a separate issue that is also causing stuttering.
“Additionally, we are looking into a separate, but related issue that we have identified as a factor that may also be a cause of stuttering at high framerates,” Arkane wrote on Steam. “We will update further on this as soon as we have more information.”
Last week, the developer released an update for the PC version that fixed achievements not unlocking and added a more descriptive error message for crashes due to running CPUs that don’t meet the minimum requirements.
Deathloop is available now on PlayStation 5 and PC.
