Crysis Remastered is coming to Nintendo Switch next week
Despite being delayed on other platforms, the upcoming remaster of Crysis will be available on Nintendo Switch next week on July 23rd.
“You may have seen our last update about the Crysis Remastered release, and we have good news for you: We can confirm that Crysis will still be coming to Nintendo Switch on July 23rd,” developer Crytek wrote on Twitter.
Earlier this month, Crytek announced that it was delaying both the release date and gameplay reveal of the remaster “by a few weeks.” According to the developer, the decision to delay was made to give the team time to polish the remaster following feedback from the leaked trailer.
“The extra time until release will allow us to get Crysis Remastered up to the PC- and console-breaking standard you’ve come to expect from Crysis games,” the developer said at the time.
Crysis Remastered launches July 23rd for Nintendo Switch. The game is also in development for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
