Ashe’s Deadlock Challenge begins in Overwatch tomorrow
Blizzard has revealed that the Ashe’s Deadlock Challenge will get underway in Overwatch tomorrow, June 22nd.
The exact rewards for this latest character event are yet to be officially revealed, but going on past events, players will be able to unlock a new epic skin for Ashe as well as other themed cosmetics. There will presumably also be new Twitch Drops to earn during the event by watching eligible streamers.
Blizzard also recently shared some new details about its upcoming Overwatch sequel. Overwatch 2 will reduce the number of players in a match from 6v6 to 5v5 and rebalance several heroes. A couple of examples include the removal of the freeze from Mei’s primary attack and a major from the ground up rework for Bastion.
Overwatch is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
