A small number of players will get to test Fallout 76’s Wastelanders expansion
Bethesda is looking for “a small number” of players to test an early version of Fallout 76’s upcoming Wastelanders expansion.
“Currently, we are only looking for a few hundred players to join us in playtesting,” Bethesda wrote. “While this means that not everyone who opts-in will be selected, we wanted to ensure that as many of our most active and experienced community members as possible have the chance to opt in for consideration.”
Interested players can head on over to the game’s official site to sign up for a chance to be invited. However, Bethesda notes that the Private Test Server is PC only and will require players to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
“Aside from occasional downtime for maintenance, invited players will be able to access the Wastelanders Private Test Server at all times after January 17 until we bring the PTS offline at a later date,” Bethesda added. “We will evaluate what adjustments and fixes we can implement for the Wastelanders update based on your feedback and bug reports, and what will need to wait for a follow-up patch.”
Fallout 76’s Wastelanders expansion is due to release later this year and will introduce actual human NPCs to the world.
