A Plague Tale: Innocence PS5, Xbox Series X/S upgrade arrives alongside Switch release
Focus Home Interactive and Asobo Studio have released the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S upgrade for A Plague Tale: Innocence alongside a Cloud Version on Nintendo Switch.
The upgrade bumps the framerate up to 60 FPS, offers enhanced graphics at up to 4K resolution, and features audio optimizations and faster loading times. Watch a new trailer for the game below:
Publisher Focus Home Interactive also announced that physical copies of A Plague Tale: Innocence for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S will be available in retail stores from October 19th.
Last month, a sequel to the game was announced for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The sequel, titled A Plague Tale: Requiem, is set to release in 2022 and follows Amicia and her brother Hugo on a “perilous new quest.”
A Plague Tale: Innocence is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
