Xbox’s November Games with Gold announced

The second month of Xbox’s new Games with Gold era—in which it’s no longer giving away Xbox 360 games as part of the deal—is coming up, and it’s about as underwhelming as you can imagine.

The two games available with GWG in November will be Praetorians – HD Remaster and Dead End Job.

Praetorians is a real-time strategy game set during the era of the Roman Empire. It offers 20 missions in which you play as the Gauls, Egyptians, and Romans. That will be available from November 1st to November 30th.

The second and final game coming in November will be Dead End Job, a top-down, ghost-hunting action game that you can play solo or with friends. Gold or Game Pass Ultimate subscribers can download that one from November 16th to December 15th.

The lack of Xbox 360 games is already being felt in this new era of Games with Gold as Xbox turns its attention more towards Game Pass. Praetorians and Dead End Job are fine games in their own right, but they don’t really stack up against highest of Games with Gold highs.
