World War Z’s Kill it with Fire update adds two new missions, flamethrower
Saber Interactive has released the Kill it with Fire update for its co-op zombie survival World War Z that includes new missions and a new weapon.
Following the update, players will be able to continue the Moscow and New York storylines with the introduction of two new missions: Resurrection and Dead in the Water.
Resurrection is the fourth mission set in Moscow and takes place a few days after the end of mission three. The survivors have given up hope of being rescued and head into the tunnels below Moscow in search of an escape route.
While Dead in the Water sees the survivors stranded on the Hudson River after their boat runs out of gas. The team must now find an alternate escape route through a war-torn infested town.
Kill it with Fire also includes the new flamethrower weapon, a Halloween-themed trinket, and the ability to prestige. Once players hit level 30 with a class, they will be able to prestige and rest that class back to level one. Prestiging a class unlocks exclusive weapon skins, different avatar borders, and additional perks.
World War Z is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
