World War Z update introduces six skulls difficulty setting
Focus Home Interactive and Saber Interactive have released a new update for zombie shooter World War Z that adds a sixth difficulty setting.
The new Six Skulls Extreme difficulty will require players to conserve resources and coordinate with their teammates to survive, and is available for all currently available missions. Players who complete a single chapter on Extreme will be rewarded with the Wakizashi melee weapon, while completing every chapter of every episode in Extreme will reward the Mk110 sniper rifle.
Saber also teased some upcoming content for the game, which includes the first paid weapons skin pack and the “Big Update.” This update is due to release towards the end of July or in early August and includes new weapon variants, character skins, and character accessories, which will all be unlockable through gameplay.
World War Z is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
