Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood trailer goes over forms, abilities, and combat
Nacon and Cyanide Studios have released an extended gameplay trailer for Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood that goes over two missions from the game.
The trailer opens with protagonist Cahal on a mission to sabotage flare stacks and shows off his human and wolf forms. The former is used for interacting and social aspects, while the latter is better for stealth, movement speed, and entering enclosed spaces.
Later in the video, Cahal transforms into his third and final form known as Crinos. This werewolf form has three stances: one which grants Cahal increased movement speed and agility, one which increases attack power at the expense of movement speed, and a third that is accessed by filling the frenzy meter and combines the two other forms.
The second half of the video transports Cahal to Nevada and tasks players with collecting data on Endron’s plans to leak them to the media. In this section, we are introduced to Cahal’s crossbow, which can be used to silently take out guards and also damage electronics. Watch the full gameplay video below:
Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood launches February 4th, 2021, for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
