Watch Dogs: Legion celebrates online mode launch with trailer
Watch Dogs: Legion‘s online mode launches today for consoles and stadia, and Ubisoft has released a new trailer to celebrate.
The trailer doesn’t really cover anything new, but it does give a few fun ideas for character combinations when building your online teams, like the granny and anarchist duo.
As I explained in my preview of the game’s online mode, you won’t be bringing your single-player squad into the online mode. Instead, you’ll be building an entirely new team.
Unfortunately, Legion‘s online mode won’t have everything at launch. The intense, four-player Tactical Ops missions were delayed until March 23rd so that Ubisoft Toronto could iron out a few bugs. Likewise, the PC version won’t be getting online mode until Ubisoft can figure out why it causes systems running certain graphics cards to crash.
Console players should have a patch to download for the online mode. The update on Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One is just under 19 GB, 10 GB on PlayStation 4, and a measly 2.3 GB on PS5, according to VGC.
