Wasteland 3 gets an easier difficulty mode and new cosmetics
A new update has been released for Wasteland 3 by inXile Entertainment that introduces a new difficulty level, additional cosmetics, and more.
Following the update, which is rolling out now, players will be able to select the new “Tourist” difficulty when starting a new game. This option is easier than the “Rookie” difficulty and lets players just enjoy the story.
As mentioned above, there are also some new cosmetics for players to use, including new hair, beards, and pants, as well as the Handmade Wizard and Knight costumes. Players who have completed the Cornered Rats mission will automatically receive these new costumes, while players still working through their quests should head back to Ranger HQ and claim the care package outside the front gate.
Other changes include an adjustment to intelligence, an animation stutter fix, and tweaks to the Suncatcher and Star Collector fight. Read the full patch notes here.
Wasteland 3 is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
