Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s Chaos Wastes expansion comes to consoles in June
Fatshark has confirmed that Warhammer: Vermintide 2’s free Chaos Wastes expansion will be coming to PlayStation and Xbox in June.
The free expansion introduces a new rogue-lite inspired game mode that sees players heading out on an expedition to reach the Citadel of Eternity. To achieve this, players will need to leave their fancy gear behind and start from scratch as they battle through an unpredictable region where no two expeditions are the same. On their journey, players will discover 15 new unique locations ranging from icy expanses to treacherous valleys.
As for rewards, players can earn both experience and a reward chest for successfully completing an expedition. There are also unique Portrait Frames on offer for defeating the Chaos Gods challenges.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
