Vampyr gets a Nintendo Switch release date
Dontnod Entertainment has confirmed that its vampire-themed action RPG Vampyr will be available on Nintendo Switch from October 29th.
The game is set in 1918 London and puts players in control of newly-turned vampire Dr. Jonathan Reid. Reid finds himself torn between his urge to feed and the oath he took as a doctor to help people.
“Will you embrace the monster within? Survive and fight against Vampyr hunters, undead skals, and other supernatural creatures,” the game’s description adds. “Use your unholy powers to manipulate and delve into the lives of those around you, to decide who will be your next victim. Struggle to live with your decisions… your actions will save or doom London.”
Vampyr is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.
