Ubisoft quietly delays Roller Champions
Ubisoft’s competitive roller derby–inspired multiplayer game, Roller Champions, will now launch in “late spring.”
According to a community update on the game’s Discord server (via Tom Henderson), Ubisoft needs “a bit more time to deliver the successful game you deserve.” Ubisoft originally planned to launch the game last year before delaying it to sometime in FY22, which for Ubisoft spans from April 1st, 2021 to March 31st, 2022.
Roller Champions previously ran a closed beta back in June 2021. That’s about the last update we had on the game until now. Roller Champions will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile.
