Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will feature full cross-platform play support
Gearbox Software president Randy Pitchford has confirmed that Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will support full cross-platform play.
Players on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC will be able to team up and tackle enemies in the upcoming game. This makes a change to Gearbox’s last title, Borderlands 3, which left PlayStation players out in the cold when it came to cross-platform play support.
“Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands will ship on March 25 with full cross-play for all platforms at launch, including PlayStation,” Pitchford wrote on Twitter. “Incredible work from the engineers at Gearbox Software with thanks to our partners at 2k Games and 1st parties, including Sony, for working together on this.”
Pitchford also mentioned that he sees cross-platform play support for Borderlands 3 being added as “inevitable.”
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is set to launch on March 25th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
