The Steam Game Festival will return in October
The Steam Game Festival will return this October, according to Geoff Keighley.
Keighley revealed in a tweet that Valve is planning to run another festival between October 7th and October 13th. This will give PC players another chance to try out demos of upcoming games.
Exact games for this iteration of the festival have not been announced. However, a post on Steam has since confirmed that the included games must have a release date set between October 13th and May 1st, 2021 to be eligible.
The last Steam Game Festival took place in June and gave players the opportunity to try out limited-time demos for a number of titles releasing this year, including Wild Terra 2: New Lands, Boomerang Fu, The Survivalists, and more.
