Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League release pushed to 2023
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is no longer releasing this year, Rocksteady Studios has announced.
In a message posted to Twitter, creative director and studio co-founder Sefton Hill revealed that the game’s release window is being moved to spring 2023. He added that the extra time “is going into making the best game we can.”
“We’ve made the difficult decision to delay Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to Spring 2023,” Hill wrote. “I know a delay is frustrating but that time is going into making the best game we can. I look forward to bringing the chaos to Metropolis together. Thanks for your patience.”
The upcoming game follows Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and King Shark as they embark on a mission to stop an invading alien force and The Justice League who are trying to destroy the city they swore to protect.
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is now set to release in spring 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
