Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order’s PS5 and Xbox Series X/S upgrade is now live
The previously teased upgrade for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is now available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The upgraded version of the game features two graphics options to choose from on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5: Performance (On), which runs the game at 1440p/60 FPS, and Performance (Off), which runs at 4K/30 FPS. On Xbox Series S, the game runs at 1080p/60 FPS. In addition to these modes, players get higher resolution textures and assets as well as significantly faster loading times.
Developer Respawn Entertainment previously released an optimization patch for the game that bumped the FPS up to 60, but still ran in backward compatibility mode with dynamic resolution scaling.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is available now on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S for $39.99. Owners of the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One can upgrade to the new version within the same console family for free.
