Spike Rush returns to Rocket League this weekend
Psyonix has announced that Rocket League’s Spike Rush game mode will be returning to the game this weekend.
The 3v3 mode will be available from April 2nd through April 6th, according to the developer. Spike Rush debuted as part of the Radical Summer event last year and equips each player’s car with spikes that will cause the ball to stick to them. The player with the ball cannot boost and is easily destroyed by opponents. However, players can choose to retract their spikes and release the ball at any time.
In addition to the return of Spike Rush, all players who log in while the mode is live will receive the Picnic player banner for free.
Rocket League is available now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
