Soul Hackers 2’s cast and Soul Matrix system introduced in new trailer
The latest trailer for Soul Hackers 2 goes over the Soul Matrix system.
The trailer starts off by introducing us to the agents of Aion, a digital hivemind that has evolved into sentience. Aion has created two AIs, Ringo and Figue, to prevent a world-ending event from occurring. To aid them in this mission, Ringo brings Arrow, Milady, and Saizo back from the dead.
However, Ringo’s ability to resurrect people also leads to her being affected by her allies’ emotional states. To help ease their worries, Ringo can enter the Soul Matrix, a labyrinth made up of her allies’ collective minds. By spending time with them, Ringo can raise the Soul Levels of her allies and progress deeper into the Soul Matrix.
Soul Hackers 2 launches on August 26th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
