Six new games coming soon for Stadia Pro subscribers, service updates

If you’re currently enjoying that high-tech streaming game lifestyle as a Stadio Pro member, you’ll have five additional free games to add to your collection come June 1st.

Here’s a quick rundown from Stadia of what’s coming next week:

Get Packed: “Get ready for hilarious hijinks in Get Packed. This zany cooperative/competitive game challenges you and your friends in a race to avoid wacky hazards as you struggle to relocate furniture and possessions in the face of overwhelming odds.”

Little Nightmares: “Dive into an extraordinary atmospheric adventure with Little Nightmares. Face the darkness and overcome insidious challenges in this spellbinding story.”

Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid: “It’s Morphin’ Time! Take control of iconic heroes, harness your special skills, and beat down Goldar in Power Rangers: Battle for the Grid.”

Superhot: “It’s SUPERHOT and it’s coming to Stadia Pro! In this inventive and surprising take on the first person shooter, time only moves when you do. Freeze and plot your moves, then roll out your attacks with fluid precision in this stylish and challenging blend of fast reflexes and puzzle solving.”

Panzer Dragoon: Remake: “Panzer Dragoon: Remake marks the triumphant return of one of gaming’s great shooter classics. Pilot your dragon across strange and beautiful vistas, overcoming cunning enemies in this action spectacular.”

From there, Stadia Pro subscribers will also be getting The Elder Scrolls Online come June 16th. All of those games are in addition to the current list of Stadia Pro offerings:

  • Stacks On Stacks (On Stacks)
  • SteamWorld Quest: Hand of Gilgamech

  • SteamWorld Heist
  • The Turing Test
  • Zombie Army 4: Dead War

As well, the Stadia team has made a few welcome updates to the overall service. Now, you can play games wirelessly using your Stadia Controller by pairing it on Stadia.com in a Chrome browser. And, while still in Chrome, active Stadia Pro subscribers can now play games at up to 1440p, so long as you’ve got “the necessary hardware and network speeds.”
